Valentines Weekend

Valentines Date #1 = Camp "in"

I planned a date for Blair on Friday and where we did a lot of his favorite things. Most of Blair's favorite things are in the outdoors, and the winters in Rexburg make those things about impossible to do right now. So I decided to brings a few of those things to the in-doors. The night started off by going bouldering at an indoor climbing place in Rexburg.

We then came home to a tent in the living room where we played Blair's favorite game...The Farming Game.

We roasted s'mores over the stove, and even watched Blair's very favorite movie (Lonsesome Dove) from inside the tent.

Valentines Date #2 = Fancy meal cooked by Blair and the Sweethearts ball!

Saturday was Blair's turn to plan and he cooked up an awesome meal. He made shrimp scampi with linguini, roasted asparagus, green salad, and limeade. It was wonderful...he definitely outdid himself. We then went to the Sweethearts ball on campus with some friends and had a great time.

The evening was topped off by coming home and making chocolate covered strawberries!! YUM! All in all, it was a super fun weekend.

Fun stuff! Why do we get so uncreative and boring when we have been married for a couple years?!? Thanks for the reminder! Oh, and the farming game!!!! We love the farming game! Wipe and roll!

Cam,
Since you and Blair are professional Valentine planners, I figured you could help us "old married folk" out :) It was fun to see your pictures.

Love you guys.

It's great to see you guys having fun. I hope you make that kind of effort for the rest of your lives. Good for you. And the strawberries look REALLY GOOD.

Cami, those pictures made me sooo hungry. I ran across your blog today and loved it! It's good to see how you are doing. I think we need to do something besides running into each other at Riley and Chelsea's house. Maybe we should do a roommate party! I haven't seen everyone for awhile now. I just really like you Cami!
