Ridin' High

Although he wears me out sometimes, the majority of the time I LOVE having this little partner of mine with me everywhere I go! He's my church buddy, my shopping companion, my visiting teaching tag-along...you name it, he's there!


Well I've always kept him in his carseat on top of the shopping cart while I shopped. A few weeks ago, Blair was shopping with us and decided to ditch the carseat (which you can see in the cart) and strap Briggs in like a big boy! Well he LOVED it. He felt like pretty hot stuff! I don't know why I hadn't done it sooner...habit I guess!

The last time I went shopping, Briggs decided he'd graduated from being strapped in and wanted to roam the cart himself. It was a bit tricky to keep him from tearing everything apart in the cart and keep him from tumbling over every time I turned a corner...but he was happy, which meant I could get my shopping done!

Who knows...maybe next time he'll be ready to push the cart himself!?!?
