Cami, I don't know what you're plans are for next year, but it looks like Evanston quite possibly will have a 6th grade Social Studies opening (unless it gets filled in district) for next year. Haha, I was just writing you a comment about how I have the same problem with little fingers that like to touch technology, when who should sneek up and delete what I wrote in one fell swoop? :) I'm in the same boat, gotta figure something creative out soon!
